Code of Conduct
Overview
Vineyard Jam Suisun Valley is committed to creating a safe, comfortable and family-friendly experience for our guests. The following activities will result in your immediate removal from the festival venue:
- Offensive language or obscene gestures, to include the use of such language or gestures concerning a person’s race, ethnicity, color, gender, religion, creed, disability, age, sexual orientation, gender identity/expression or national origin.
- Fighting, taunting, or threatening remarks and/or gestures that incite or encourage a confrontation or physical assault.
Intoxication or signs of impairment related to alcohol or drugs. - Irresponsible drinking or behavior.
- Inappropriate displays of affection.
- Smoking (in non-designated smoking areas).
- Gang activity; including but not limited to wearing or displaying gang clothing and/or indicia.
- Offensive clothing.
- Any distraction to the progress of the music festival or event.
Throwing objects of any kind. - Occupying any seat or area of the festival without the appropriate ticket.
- Mistreatment of fans or guests, including verbal abuse, harassment, profanity, confrontations, intimidation, or threatening behavior.
- Failure to follow the directions of law enforcement, security, ushers, ticket takers or any other Vineyard Jam personnel.
- Violations of any Vineyard Jam Policies, Solano Community College District policies, state, or federal laws.
- Other actions that cause a disruption and/or hinder the enjoyment of the event.
- Any behavior that impairs the safety and/or enjoyment of the event from other guests.
Solano Community College and Vineyard Jam provide an inclusive environment and rejects divisive symbols. The Confederate flag and related imagery are prohibited on the festival grounds and Solano Community College campus – this prohibition applies to people, clothing, and vehicles. Access will be denied to anyone who does not cooperate with this rule.
An individual participating in this behavior may be IMMEDIATELY removed from the venue site and event pass revoked. Vehicle will be ejected from the property. Offender may be arrested. No refund will be issued if ejected.
Alcohol Policy
YOU MUST BE AGE 21 OR OLDER AND SHOW A VALID GOVERNMENT I.D. TO CONSUME ALCOHOL. 21+ Wristband required to purchase, possess or consume alcohol.
- A note about I.D.’s: A valid identification card must be current (not expired) and include your name, date of birth, photo, expiration and your physical description (physical description not required on military I.D.’s). Paper I.D.’s are not accepted.
- No alcohol may be taken in or out of the festival. Please be sensible about the amount of alcohol you consume so you can enjoy Vineyard Jam.
- Anyone under the age of 21 caught with alcohol or under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be ejected from the festival and turned over to the Solano Community College Police Department. No refund will be given.
- Anyone providing alcoholic drinks or 21+ Wristbands to minors or in any way contributing to the intoxication of a minor will be ejected from the festival without refund and subject to arrest.
